The last few months have been extremely busy. So busy that we haven't had the time to post any BLOGs about the happenings within these walls. As most of you know, we spent months gearing up for Salt Lake City's first annual COMIC CON. It was a smashing success, despite the lack of organization by those hosting it.

I want to take a second to thank everyone whose help made getting to COMIC CON so much smoother.

We did well. We got our name out there to a number of new filmmakers, met some fellow artists, and bumped into a few celebrities. I, personally, got to meet Lou Ferrigno. That was a blast. I also meet Stan Lee, although I didn't know it at the time. His golf cart driver nearly killed me as I walked from the Photo Op booth toward the EDFX Booth. I was later told that the cart was Stan's and that I was nearly run down by one of the greats! WHOOT.

 

 

We had a blast meeting all the COMIC CON goers and COSPLAY types. We can't wait for next year's party. We learned a lot, and will better prepared for the next.

 

There is so much going in at the Studio as we move into the Halloween season. We have introduced our Bigfoot at COMIC CON, but still have to get it ready for its film debut. We are talking with a production team about a werewolf film, and reuniting with Dan Herbas on a project, not to mention the mask orders. We may just need to hire another artist. :)

We will have a huge announcement coming in the next month or so. Unfortunately we are under a hush hush contract and can't say a work until certain Hollywood types give us the nod. Its great news, and its killing me to keep my mouth shut. The exposure will be HUGE for the studio.

Well, that's it for now. We will hopefully be posting again soon. Those posts, I hope, will contain more photos than our past BLOGS. So until then, Have a great rest of the summer. :)
