Disclaimer!

PROJECTS

Client's should submit concepts illustrating the designs they have in mind. The client will be asked to sign off on each phase of production to ensure Escape Design FX is meeting the concepts set forth by the client. The project will not move forward until the client is satisfied and signs off on each phase.

DEPOSIT

We require a minimum of 50% deposit on all projects. The deposit goes toward the necessary materials for the project. NO PROJECT WILL BE RELEASED BEFORE THE REMAINING PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

If Escape Design FX is operating within the confines of the contract and the client wishes to terminate the project for personal, or financial reasons, is no longer interested in pursuing the project, or any other reason not related to Escape Design FX's performance, the client's deposit is forfeit. If the client has a valid cause for terminating the project based on Escape Design FX's performance, then the deposit will be returned to the client and Escape Design FX will retain ownership of the project materials.

Escape Design FX reserves the copyright to any and all work we create and reserves the right to reproduce, sell, and record all projects we produce unless otherwise expressed in the contract.
